Holy shite.
I am horribly ashamed of myself.
2 years fallen off the face of the earth, producing nothing, posting nothing, fallen into artistic obscurity, and my excuse...
Knitting.
Curse the day I ever re-taught myself this over-addictive handicraft, that has kidnapped and is holding my creativity hostage. I haven't been drawing. I haven't been writing. I haven't been editing my photos. I have, however, knitted many pairs of socks, mittens and hats for my friends and family, even sold a few to support my yarn habit.

so there it is. the awful truth. yarn.

In other updates, I have been back in Canada for over a year now, having left my teaching job in Japan a month before the company went bankrupt. I am currently living in a small apt with my boyfriend in a small city far too close to home, working as a waitress in a small restaurant while I wait to pack myself off to Toronto for a crash course in publishing.

I hereby promise to, if not force my artistic side to resurface, at least continue to put up anything art-worthy that has thus far been neglected.

Can you post fiber art?
